Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

   - The request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

   - The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

   - All original packaging and components are included

To maintain quality standards for all customers, items showing signs of use, damage, or excessive wear may not be eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange:

   2. Provide your order number and reason for the request

   3. Our team will guide you through the next steps

Please do not send items back without approval, as unapproved returns may not be processed.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a product with a verified issue, we’re happy to assist with an exchange where applicable.

   - Exchanges are subject to product availability

   - Replacement items are dispatched after return approval

   - In some cases, a refund may be issued instead of an exchange to ensure faster resolution

Our goal is to resolve issues efficiently and fairly.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

   - Refunds are processed to the original payment method

   - Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection

   - You will receive confirmation once the refund is completed

Please note that original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:

   - Items marked as final sale

   - Used, washed, or altered products

   - Products damaged due to improper use or care

Any exclusions will be clearly communicated on the product page.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We take fulfillment accuracy seriously and will work quickly to correct verified issues.

Shipping Considerations

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fulfillment error or product defect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
