At DailyEase, we work with trusted global suppliers to bring you carefully curated products at fair prices. This means some items are shipped directly from our international partners.

We’ve kept this Shipping Information clear and honest so you always know what to expect.


 Processing Time

   - Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

   - During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take a little longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email when your order has been shipped.


 Estimated Delivery Time

These are standard estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

    - 🇺🇸 USA (All States):
        5–12 business days after dispatch

Shipping times can be affected by:

   - Customs checks

   - Carrier delays

   - Local holidays

   - High-volume periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)


 Multiple-Item Orders

Because we work with several suppliers, your items may:

   - Ship separately

   - Arrive in different packages

   - Have different tracking numbers

You will not be charged extra for split shipments.


 Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on:

   - Shipping destination

   - Order value

   - Active promotions


 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

   - A shipping confirmation email

   - A tracking link (where available)

It can take 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

If your tracking shows “in transit” for longer than expected, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.


 Delayed or Lost Shipments

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but sometimes delays occur that are outside our control.

We consider a parcel “lost” when:

   - It has not arrived 30 business days after dispatch, and

   - The tracking information shows no recent updates

If this happens, we will:

   - Re-send your order or

   - Issue a refund, depending on the situation and product availability

Please contact us with your order number if you believe your shipment is lost.


 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

   - If you contact us within a short timeframe after ordering, we may be able to update     the address before shipment.

   - If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.


 Customs, Duties & Taxes

Some international orders may be subject to:

   - Customs fees

   - Import duties

   - Local taxes

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by DailyEase.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs or import fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
